DISCLAIMER FOR HIRE OF INFLATABLES
Any persons/organisation hiring our inflatable’s are responsible/liable for any damage or injuries that occur from or as a result of misuse or of reckless use. Persons using the inflatable do so at their own risk.
These guidelines are for the safety of all persons who use the inflatable, and it is the sole responsibility of the hirer to ensure they are adhered to. LBCH cannot accept responsibility for any damage or injury to anyone using the equipment however caused.
Please read and follow the information guidelines below for the safe enjoyment of the inflatable
1. This inflatable has an age limit of 17 years. Please ensure that no one over this age uses the inflatable especially adults. This is due to safety, manufacturing and insurance reasons.
2. A responsible adult must supervise the children using the inflatable at all times.
3. At no time are children allowed to sit on, climb on or hang off the walls of the inflatable.
4. During times of inflation/deflation do not allow anyone on or near the inflatable.
5. The front step is for safe entry and exit to the inflatable, do not allow children to bounce on it.
6. For safety ensure the inflatable is not overcrowded. Ensure the numbers allowed on the inflatable are limited, avoiding older children being allowed on at the same time as younger children.
7. Before entering the inflatable users must remove all shoes, badges and jewellery. We also suggest the removal of glasses and other aids that may dislodge.
8. Whilst on the inflatable the users must not consume food or drink. This is to avoid chocking, damage to the inflatable. Should food/drink be consumed on the inflatable the hirer may be charged cleaning costs.
9. Face paints/ party poppers/ coloured streamers/ silly string should be used on the inflatable. Should any of these be used the hirer may be charged for the cost of cleaning or repair should damage or staining occur.
10. No smoking, fires or barbeques to be in use near the inflatable.
11. No pets are to be allowed on the inflatable.
12. It is advisable that no one with any history of back or neck problems use the inflatable.
13. In the event of heavy rain it is strongly recommended that the inflatable is switched off for safety. When rain switch back on and towel dry any remaining wet areas before allowing children back on.
14. We do not recommend water fights on the inflatable whilst in use, do not spray or direct water near the electric blower.
15. During use periodically check that the inflatable is still securely pegged down.
16. Never switch the blower on and off whilst the inflatable is in use.
17. If the inflatable fails for whatever reason, evacuate immediately, this prevents injury to the users and damage to the inflatable.
18. Please remember if the inflatable is dirty or damaged when collected the hirer is liable for the full repair or cleaning costs.
